One of the first planets conqured in the name of Frieza, it was captured to serve as a military base and it continues to serve as the UTO's primary military headquarters and training grounds to this day. Planet 8 is known throughout the galaxies, to some, as a terrible, infamous place, to others, a place of new beginnings. Its weather fluxuates from one extreme to another unpredictably, making it a perfect environment for toughening up you common phools to the level of intensity for which the UTO military is so infamously known.
